Causes: Food, Food Banks & Pantries, Home Improvement & Repairs, Homeless & Housing, Homeless Shelters, Human Service Organizations, Human Services
Mission: It is our desire and primary objective to improve the quality of life in Casey County Kentucky by helping our fellow citizens to obtain the basic necessities of life. Uniting partners and volunteers for building and nurturing community through programs for neighbors in need.
Programs: Commodities- Supplemental food program which serves approximately 500 families monthly The Gathering Place- Thrift store that sells donated clothing and household items Emergency Food Pantry- Provides staples for emergency food relief H.O.M.E. Coalition- Builds & repairs homes for low-income citizens Toys for Tots- Fulfills the wish lists of approximately 600 children at Christmas Liberty/Casey County Disaster Relief- Aids local fire & disaster victims Revolving Relief- Provides small, no interest, long-term loans Social Justice- Provides temporary housing and transportation
