Mission: The carnegie-stout public library foundation supports and enriches the resources of the library through private fundraising and advocates for the library as out community's greatest resource for individual enjoyment, enlightenment and knowledge.
Programs: The foundation board of directors disperses money raised through donations, grants, and bequests. The board is guided by the principle that foundation funds are intended to supplement, but not replace, public funding for the normal operating needs of the library.
