Mission: Care For the Homeless fights homelessness by providing high-quality and client-centered health care, human services, and shelter to homeless individuals and families and by advocating for policies that ameliorate, prevent and end homelessness.

Programs: In 2020, Care For the Homeless provided services to more than 7,600 homeless men, women and children with comprehensive, high quality healthcare, social services and health education in more than 33,000 encounters at 26 outreach sites: family shelters, single adult shelters, soup kitchens, drop-in centers and SRO's. We also operate two transitional shelters for homeless women that are mentally ill and/or medically frail.
