Causes: Health, Patient & Family Support
Mission: To positively affect the mental health and emotional well-being of patients living with long-term illness, rare disease and disability by sending 100,000 cards filled with messages of love and cheer designed to inspire hope and perseverance in patients and caregivers facing unimaginable challenges!
Results: We have sent over 39,000 cards to date!
Target demographics: We serve patients living with longterm illness and their care teams. We are not disease specific and welcome patients across all 7,000+ rare diseases!
Direct beneficiaries per year: we sent over 9,500 cards last year.
Geographic areas served: We send cards to warriors across the country and even send 10% around the globe!
