Programs: Fiscal, administrative, and logistical support of: (1) irish step dance and scottish highland dance programs and (2) celtic music programs, including youth pipe band, workshops, lectures, seminars, performances, and scholarships; participation in local celtic events including st. Patrick's day parade, burn's night celebration, scottish highland games, and festival of nations.
