Mission: Canine Resource Development?s mission is to provide state of the Art facilities, trainers, expertise, and coordination for the training of Public and Private sector Service Dogs. We will focus all our programs, plans and activities toward these ends. We will continually endeavor to increase the use of CdST dogs within society knowing that structured, purposeful human/canine relationships significantly improve the quality of life for each person and animal involved.
