This agency professes to assist cancer patients with financial struggles during their cancer diagnosis. I have waited three months to write a review as I wasn't even sure if this is a legitimate agency as NO ONE ever responds to emails; their applications, or phone calls. I have made multiple attempts to reach out for aid starting in September 2023. As of January 2024 no one has even had the courtesy to let me know that I wasn't approved for assistance.
Programs such as these require A LOT of sensitive information from their applicants. We are already in a vulnerable space; sending sensitive documentation through the dark abyss of the internet opens us up to fraud. It takes two seconds to deny an applicant; if they were truly patient-centered, I would think this was a minimum courtesy.
