Mission: The Campbell County Historical Society, Inc. entered into a ten-year lease agreement with the County in 2013 to operate the Historic County Courthouse.
Results: Through business and individual donations or grants, the Society received over $100,000 to install HVAC systems in the Courthouse. Another necessary improvement would be to install an elevator to make the second floor fully handicap-accessible (thus replacing the chair lift that is currently in use).
