Calidad workers living with severe and long-term disabilities receive paid on-the-job skills training and stable employment. Additionally, calidad provides life skills training specifically developed to encourage personal and vocational growth and offers all goodwill's workforce development services and computer literacy training to help participants secure and retain competitive employment.
