Mission: The buena vista pregnancy center exists to demonstrate the grace and love of jesus christ by meeting the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of our client, and supporting our community through life-affirming actions.
Programs: Bvpc stats for 2017:53 clients; 108 families26 ultrasound examinations performed. 33 pregnancy tests given. 613 client visits - families in need of supplies and individual counseling. 202 earn-while-you-learn participants. 14 sti tests. Bvpc stats for 2016:51 clients; 94 families32 ultrasound examinations performed. 27 pregnancy tests given. 660 client visits - families in need of supplies and individual counseling. 249 earn-while-you-learn participants. 9 sti tests.
all other accomplishments: the principal purpose of the buena vista pregnancy center is to be a pregnancy center providing free services to clients, regardless of age, race, gender, means, or religion. These services include but are not limited to pregnancy and limited ultrasound tests, counseling, and material support. The center's assitance is confidential in accordance with the law and will only be disclosed to protect the client and others against imminent harm.
