I was unemployed for over a year and was trying to find ways to cut back on my expenses. I attended a Budget Meals Educational Class received tons of the penny pinching ideas, shopping techniques and nutritious recipes. The instructor (Carol Scudere) was very knowledgeable and through in her presentation and her book "Beyond Couponing" is an excellent accompaniment to the classes and a Vidal tool to help me accomplish my "savings" goal. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to save money.
