Jennifer is absolutely the best and definitely spoiled these animals with LOVE!! She devotes her time and heart to all the animals, no matter their background, saving each and every one of them, giving them another day in happiness and harmony. Thank you for all you do Jennifer!!

Buckstop Animal Sanctuary gives animals the lives they deserve. Elderly, sick or neglected pets find their way to Buckstop and find the love and kindness they have so desperately needed. Buckstop treats their animals with so much love and compassion, and watching the transformation of their animals is nothing short of a miracle. Buckstop does everything they can to give animals the best chance at living a full and happy life. Bobby Blue and Sugar Mama are two of my favorite pups at Buckstop, and I love seeing posts about how all the animals are doing. There is no animal sanctuary more deserving of your support!

Buckstop Animal Sanctuary is an amazing non profit that caters to mainly elderly animals, many of which have outstanding medical. They care so deeply for the animals and do whatever is needed to help improve the quality of life of all of their elderly animals. I’ve never met more selfless people than Jen and Mark!

Buckstop animal sanctuary is an amazing place where these unwanted, less fortunate souls can learn what live is about. To be loved, cared for, fresh food and water daily, is something we take for granted. The dogs, cats, horses they rescue don’t know is what that was like. Being dumped and left for dead was their life story until Buckstop stepped in. Now these sweet babies have a home, food, water, treats and a warm place to sleep and call HOME!!!! Thank you Jennifer and hubby for making this huge sacrifice to love others going outbid your way to make sure these babies are loved,fed and given a second chance at a life they would of never known. Through the good and bad you stand by their side. Even through the really hard times when you have to say goodbye. The tears you shed the heart ache you endured is tough. But you get back up and go save another life. Your heart is filled with compassion for these babies and it truly shows in every single one of your babies eyes

Buckstop is a great nonprofit. It is run by Marc and Jennifer who have big hearts. They take in the old dogs, catas and horses no one wants anymore. They give them a loving home and make sure they are well fed, whether it's for a year or maybe just a month. All the animals are also seen by a veterinarian for any special needs they have. They also had a skunk for a few years, but that's another story.

I've loved animals all my life and grew up in a household filled with dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, canararies, love birds, lizards and frogs. I was taught from an early age to not only respect the lives of these animals, but came to an understanding that I'm responsible for their well-being.

However, as an adult I now see that not every human treats animals the way I do. In fact, I cannot fathom the senseless cruelty where elderly or sick pets are tossed out like garbage. Some people are thoughtless in their actions once a pet has outgrown its "cuteness."

Thank goodness Buckstop exists! Marc and Jennifer Granko work tirelessly to insure that no animal feels abandoned or discarded because of age or illness. They provide a safe haven for dogs, cats and horses. These animals are allowed to live their final years in peace.

Amazing place and Compassionate staff! They take incredible care of these mistreated and neglected pets. Can’t say enough about this wonderful non-profit.

This is an amazing place!! I have been there many times and am in awe of the incredible care and comfort provided to the most needy animals. They go above and beyond with no agenda other than true love and compassion for the vulnerable and forgotten. They literally are the last home for these animals and it is truly a soft, peaceful landing. I am a proud donor with years of experience in the animal rescue field. This sanctuary is different in all the right ways!

Buckstop Animal Sanctuary/Jennifer Granko is the most caring, generous person I know. She has been rescuing cats, dogs, horses and other animals for longer than the 25 years I have known her. So many...that I am not sure even she could count them all. If you make a donation it will absolutely go towards saving and caring for an animal in need. Jennifer is truly amazing!

Buckstop Animal Sanctuary is one of the most caring, compassionate and loving homes to so many unwanted, neglected, abused, and senior animals. Most of these animals had no idea of what it was like to be loved and cared for until they arrived at Buckstop Animal Sanctuary. Every single animal is showered with love and comfort while living out their lives in the Sanctuary. Jennifer and Mark Granko are the most passionate and caring animal lovers ever! Jennifer owned a dog grooming shop for close to 40 years and we always took our dogs to her. She was wonderful with all dogs, and always brought a few of her own to keep her company. When I learned that Jennifer and her husband founded a non-profit animal sanctuary, I was elated for all the animals that I know they will take in, care for, and love. I have only just begun to support their cause but hope to help out more in the future. They truly love and care about the animals in their care and I can’t think of a better charity to support!

Jenn and Marc work tirelessly for these forgotten pets, putting their own wants and needs aside to care for each and every one.

Running, on fresh mowed grass or laying for a tummy rub.
Playing or drinking from the hose.
Getting a ride on the John Deere, are all things we take for granted by you and me, are welcomed miracles the dogs receive daily. One on one time is always given to all who live with Jenn and Marc.

My little favorite I met just this past August is "Owl", a beautiful Persian cat left too soon by her owner. ❤️

They say you can tell the type of person someone is by you how they treat animals. Especially animals that are abused, elderly, abandoned, even the ones left for dead. Animals who need 24 hour care, who may not have long to live, but need a LOT of love. Buckstop animal sanctuary is founded and maintained by those type of people. The Selfless kind people who have spend over two decades rescuing and caring for the animals that everyone else turned their backs on. They go above and beyond to give loving, safe and affectionate home to make animals happy, healthy and live as long as they can carefree. If there’s every a nonprofit you wish to donate to, this should be number one on your list.

So much love and care is given to the animals at Buckstop Animal Sanctuary. The owners are giving animals a wonderful place to live their lives out. Im in awe when I think about the amount of hours they commit to running this Sanctuary. They are truly amazing to let animals have a second chance at life with them ❤️

Buckstop Animal Sanctuary does amazing things for animals who have been left to die alone. Many of these animals have been locked in shelters for months and months where the only hope is organizations like Buckstop. animals rescued by this organization are give vet care, plenty of food and most importantly love and comfort in the last days of their life.
