Causes: Education, Parent & Teacher Groups
Mission: To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community; to raise the standards of home life; to secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth; to bring into closer relation the home & the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children & youth.
Programs: Fifth grade expenses - these include recognition expenses, t-shirts, trip to funflex, picnic and fifth grade students' gift to school.
cultural arts - sponsors plays, musical programs, workshops and assemblies to inspire students and expand their learning and creativity through arts.
teacher mini grants - assistance to teachers for supplemental educational materials, educational games, classroom decorations and supplies.
various enrichment and school improvement activities such as high school scholarship, teacher/staff support day, good and welfare, kindergarten welcome, safe and caring/blue ribbon,welcome back teacher gifts, and back to school picnic.
