Mission: The mission of brock hughes medical center is to provide low-cost, compassionate, and high-quality medical, pharmaceutical, and preventive health care services to the underserved of wythe and bland counties.
Programs: Program service accomplishments for fy 2016-2017 include the following: 1)developed new processes in the pharmacy that enabled the clinic to expand offerings of prescription drugs to patients which then saved the patients money. 2) utilized extensive recruiting efforts to seek out and employ highly qualified providers and ancillary staff to treat the underserved of wythe and bland counties. 3) reviewed and revised fee schedule for services; adjustments can be made based on individual circumstances. 4) increased number of specialty offices that patients can be referred to for specific health conditions; with little or no cost to the patients.
