Mission: Nationally, high school graduation rates is a low 68% while only 50% of all black students and 53% of all Hispanic students graduate nationwide. In New York State only 35% of all black students and 32% of all Hispanic students graduate. Graduation rates for students with disabilities are just over 32%. We will supply the necessary resources for these students to be educated at the highest possible level
