Causes: Boys Clubs, Children & Youth
Mission: The boys & girls club of el sobrante's mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Programs: Provide afterschool and summer activities for club members & other community youth between the ages of 7 and 17. Programs include youth violence prevention, tutoring, clubhouse games, sports, computer lab, mentoring, triple play, money matters, keystone club, healthy habits and supervised organized activities.
summer youth program - provides enrichment activites (including a pilot program to counter summer brain drain) to reduce out of school loss of learning, field trips, robotics, daily meals ect.
teen center serving youth ages 13 to 17 to provide a safe place for teens to gather, learn job and educational skills, explore colleges and careers, attend college tours, and provide mentoring services.
