Causes: Boys & Girls Clubs, Children & Youth
Mission: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
Programs: The boys and girls club provides a safe and positive place to learn and grow and with this ongoing relationships with caring adults enhances the quality of life for youth. We provide programs in the areas of educational, social, behavioral and cultural activities. In 2013 the organization served 1,325 children with an additional 1,776 in outreach and community education. The organization delivered 25 different programs to the community through two club facilities. In 2013, 1,325 of the 1,325 children served were promoted to the next grade level in school. We did not have any youth who were reported to juvenile court or who committed crimes. There was no gang involvement or youth reported for substance abuse, usage or counseling. There were no reported teen pregnancies.
