Causes: Boys & Girls Clubs, Children & Youth
Mission: The mission of the boys & girls clubs of union county is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Programs: During 2017 the boys & girls clubs of union county provided services to approximately 6,300 youth in union county. They operate community centers in union, elizabeth, roselle, plainfield and hillside which provide recreational activities, including swimming, social and educational activities and summer camp. During the year the staff were aided by more than 230 community volunteers who provided more than 7,700 hours of volunteer service to assist the agency in providing these services.
