Mission: Our mission is to provide a quality, dynamic program of learning and adventure that builds well-rounded young people. The council's goal is to instill in young people the principles of integrity, character, responsibility and leadership, preparing them to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes.
Programs: The boy scouts of america 95 flint river council's purpose is the execution of all managerial, administrative, and functional operations of scouting activities within the flint river district. Our council provides service to 8 counties in georgia. Scouting youth national totals are close to five million members, with over one million adult volunteers. Scouting is national and international. Any youth or leader is eligible to join the scouting program if they are willing to subscribe to the bsas declaration of religious principle, the policies and bylaws of the boy scouts of america, and the age/grade joining requirements.
