Hi! My name is Shannon, and I am so proud of my daughter, Meagan. When she was 11, she started on her mission to share her love of reading and books with needy children in Columbus, Ohio. Meagan is now 13, and has her own 501c3 public charity, Books For Bedtime. To date, Meagan has given away 25,000 books to children throughout Ohio. Most of these books Meagan has delivered herself. She gives a speech, and talks to the children about her love of reading, and how important it is to read every night for 15 minutes. I am so proud of Meagan. She is now writing grants, doing public speaking, and sharing her love of books with as many people as she can!
