Programs: The public development corporation was designed to assist in the development of businesses within the town of bluffton and specifically buckwalter place - a multi-county commerce park, to support a positive climate for business development and investment by addressing issues affecting area businesses, and to increase the number of diverse businesses and job opportunities within bluffton. During the year, the town has continued to pursue opportunities to develop land owned by the town to further promote economic development.
