The smiles on the kids faces melt your heart. The employees are very friendly. What a beautiful property!
Visited Casa Agua Azul from Arizona and had a wonderful time. Ted and Gal are amazing people and the kids are absolutely adorable. Will definitely be coming back for another trip.
Blue Water Surrender is a wonderful nonprofit with its base camp in Rio Dulce. Gail and her husband Ted are amazing people who love Jesus. I stayed there working on some projects for the orphanage. It was a blessing to work for such a wonderful cause. I was able to interact with the beautiful children and meet new friends. The facilities had everything needed to live comfortably. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home.
I had a great time doing work projects around the house and spending time with the kids. Everyone was so welcome. This is such a blessing for the kids to have such a loving environment to be in.
Ted and Gail are two of the greatest people I have ever had the privilege of working with. My trip was really great and healing in my own life. I also had a great time with the kids and am very thankful the great environment that they live in. Keep up the good work.
Met the residents at blue water and had great interaction. They are well cared for loved by all the staff. They are thriving on the attention and love exhibited. A great environment for their future.
I had the most beautiful privilege to lead a mission team in a Bible School at Casa Agua Azul and was so blessed by the chance to share the love of Christ with these wonderful children and receiving such joyful smiles and hugs filled with gratitude, I think the Lord has been so good with us that He brought us to this place where the kids get the chance to be loved as they deserve even in the hard circumstances they must had been through. Thank you Blue Water Surrender, our hearts and prayers are with you ❤️
I had the honor of volunteering at an amazing place—an orphanage that’s so much more than just a shelter. It’s a place overflowing with love in every way. While I was there, we ran a Bible school, and the experience wasn’t just rewarding—it was life-changing.
What touched me the most were the kids. Despite everything they’ve been through, they radiated pure joy and love in a way that’s hard to describe. Their energy, their smiles, and the way they connected with us made every single moment unforgettable.
This isn’t just a place for children to stay—it’s a real home. The staff treat every child like their own, showing incredible care, kindness, and dedication. You can see how much effort they put into making sure each child feels safe, loved, and truly valued.
This experience left a lasting impact on me. This orphanage didn’t just touch my heart for what they do—it’s how they do it, with so much love and purpose. I’m so grateful I got to be part of something so special and meet people who are truly making a difference in these kids’ lives.
If you’re ever looking for a way to give back and be part of something meaningful, this orphanage is a beautiful example of what it means to love and serve wholeheartedly.
I had the most wonderful time playing with the kids on the court! I feel privileged to have been able to connect with them in that way.
VBS 2024
We had a great experience spending time with these amazing children of God! the children and Mrs Gail made it feel like home. I loved watching the kids being hungry for Gods word. All of them were so open to spending time and talking with us. I am forever grateful for the time God permitted us to spend with Mrs Gail and the children.
It was so fun to share a Vacation Bible School with these great kids! We are thankful that they have a home like this grow in.

I love what Bluewater Surrender stands for and how they help children in need while guiding them in a special relationship with Christ. I cannot wait to go to Guatemala on a mission and visit this special place ❤️.
Great people with a passion for the Lord and children. Can’t say enough to even scratch the surface.

Bluewater surrender is a great asset to the community of Izabal. The work this house does for kids in difficult situations is worthwhile and will surely change the trajectory of their futures. I have firsthand seen how all those involved truly have a heart for the work they are doing.
Amazing nonprofit that always puts the welfare of the children first. The dedication I've seen these last few years is unsurprised and so needed. Thank you all and God bless!
Blue water surrender is a beautiful nonprofit that creates a safe, loving, Christ-centered home for children in need. Based out of Guatemala this comes with a unique set of challenges, yet the children are always prioritized and have everything they need while in the care of Blue water surrender.
Fantástico time with absolutely beautiful people with beautiful hearts and Minds. I am blessed to have seen the caring that they showered upon the children. Gail is tireless in her efforts to achieve the highest quality possible for everyone and everything. I loved becoming part of their family and look forward to returning very soon.
I had the joy of joining a team of 8 to work on construction projects at Casa Agua Azul. It was such a blessing & honor to be a part of daily life at the home. They are incredible stewards in caring for the children as well as the property. The staff so lovingly serve, nurture, and teach the kids. The children are empowered to wholeheartedly serve around the home, joyfully share the responsibilities, and freely play within the beautiful, safe boundaries of the property as they heal and grow in the love of Jesus. The kids were so welcoming to our team. They were eager to help and always had a big, sweet hug to give!
Mama Gail was an incredible hostess by arranging transportation and lovely accommodations. Along with Mama Griselda they made sure we were VERY well fed with the most delicious foods! (Mama Gris cooks every meal with lots of love and you can taste it!)
And when it is time for an adventure break, Gail is great at providing just the right amount of exploration, relaxation, & refreshment in God’s beautiful creation.
Gail’s faithfulness to care for children who need a safe home is a testimony to God’s amazing love. God has gifted Gail with the sensitivity to see the good and the beautiful, to stop the hurry and trust the Lord with each next step. It truly is an honor and privilege to partner with this incredible ministry.
I spent one week here at this wonderful place with my wife, two daughters and a small group from their school. It was a week I will always remember. The house is such a safe, loving, nurturing place where the children can experience unconditional love. I was truly amazed by the children in the house. No one is perfect, of course, but these kids were kind, respectful, and clearly being taught the ways of Jesus. It was difficult to leave everyone after having grown so close in only one week. God bless these children and all the adults who are loving and caring for them so well!
This was my first missionary trip, I enjoyed everything I experienced from the beautiful mission home with an amazing view of the jungle to the Children’s home and everyone I met there. The children are so well behaved and full of sweet smiles. I will forever keep the memories in my heart and mind and I can’t wait to come back and visit.
Hello, my name is Andrea, and I Personally think Blue Water Surrender is amazing. This organization has brought smiles to those kids. Ted and Gail may God bless your hearts.
Wonderful organization, lots of smiles and joy. I can personally say I enjoyed my stay there and would love to go again!!

I will love to help anyway i can just to see those beautiful souls smile.
We spent most of our time working at the mission house. We had lunches and some time with the kids at Casa Agua Azul. We really enjoyed being with the kids and seeing how adjusted and joy filled they were. The staff there is very loving and supportive to the children and the food was delicious. Ted and Gail work very hard to support this mission and are very faithful representatives of what God’s work can do.
Gail and Ted Gordon have been an answered prayer to our family. Our daughter has prayed for opportunities to serve the helpless in this world and the Lord chose Blue Water Surrender to be part of her mission field. The teaching and Godly wisdom that both Gail and Ted have given her will carry her for many years. Their kind gentle way in working with volunteers is a rare blessing. We are impressed and touched by their commitment and unwavering focus on serving the children of Casa Agua Azul in every possible way needed. I thank the Lord for the day our paths crossed. May the Lord bless this ministry for many years to come!
I spent a wonderful day interacting with the staff and the children in a beautiful
Environment. The entire day was a reminder of the extremely important work being conducted on a daily basis to support children in need in Guatemala
Professional and loving staff doted over the children and it was clear that the care and compassion for the children and I as a visitor was paramount.
This was a truly eye opening expirence and I wish to visit and participate in any way I can again in the future.
The children are very well cared for. Comparing the children here and the children in the village I see a great difference in their health. I am glad to see the service provided to the children . I am here with True North medical missions .
Great facilities and amazingly clean bathrooms at Casa Azul. Here with True North Missions for medical care
Volunteered with true north medical mission team. Place is maintained so nicely and the kids are very well cared for. Overall a very happy place.
I have been to Casa Agua Azul twice now and call this place a second home! Our family has expanded with the addition of all the people we have connected with in Guatemala. It’s a joy to spend quality time and share in the vision of Gail & Ted to care for the children of God!! Excited to see what the future brings!
I can not say enough good things about Blue Water Surrender. I traveled there on a mission trip and the kids touched my heart. The atmosphere there is second to none. The children are well mannered and taken care of. Each one of those kids have a special place in my heart forever. Plus.. the food is AMAZING! Griselda is a wonderful cook and an even better role model for the kids.
Hi. I am Jerry Makepeace. I am a missionary volunteering at Casa Agua Azul. A safe home for abandoned and mistreated children from Izabal, Guatemala. This home goes beyond the limits for the well-being of the children who were rescued and are guarded here. This is the greatest and safest place for children, that I have ever helped in. There is love, and peace not found anywhere else. God’s presence is evident.
Always receive way more than I could ever give. Please continue to support the awesome children's home that is actively engaged in defending the fatherless, and standing in the gap.
Hello, I am asking for your support of a ministry called Bluewater Surrender. This ministry has worked extremely hard to comply with the Guatemalan Government regulations to turn a run down building in Guatemala into a loving home, school, and church for abandoned and abused children through Casa Agua Azul on Lake Izabal in the Rio Dulce area. I was able to witness this wonderful family of children and staff in November 2021. My sister, Christi Dupre, is friends with Gail and Ted Gordon, who have been the force behind the development of the orphanage. So Christi and her family have been involved with Bluewater Surrender almost since its inception. She has encouraged me multiple times during those years to accompany her on a trip to Guatemala, and I've always declined. I sincerely think God moved in my heart to say yes last fall. What I witnessed brought me joy as well as sadness, for these cast aside children were happy, healthy, and well-cared for. They offered me their love even on our first meeting! I couldn't speak a word of Spanish, yet we communicated caring to each other. Since dancing and drumming are two of my gifts, I was able to share both with them via line dancing and drum sticks played on the floor. A few of the boys tried to get me to break dance with them but I drew the line there! I was a part of a goodbye to the youngest member of the group, who left to live with her grandfather and his family. It was sad but, the Casa Aqua Azul family is happy when a child gets to go to a loving permanent home. I will admit that before this experience my attitude had been "why support orphaned children in Guatemala when we have children in the states who are suffering?" I don't have a strong answer for that question. We all support efforts to help the projects we believe in. What I do know, because I saw it, is that God is working in this ministry. I believe there were so many times that it would have been much easier for Gail and Ted and their team to throw up their hands and quit, but they didn't. Now, with the home in good shape and staffing issues handled, they are building a structure to house folks who want to come minister to the children. And, as always, there are expenses in keeping up the house and supporting staffing. Please consider a donation to this cause, as it doesn't take a lot to make a difference. Thank you in advance from the children and me.
I have gone to the orphanage of Casa Agua Azul, and it is a life changing place.
The kids are so full of joy.
I love the fact that they are so close to trees, animals, a lake right in front.
Wonderful people to be with.
I consider that this place is necessary for our society, I see that the children feel loved and this will allow them to develop their personalities and grow healthy. I appreciate the work of Casa Agua Azul.
Casa agua azul is a great place where children can feel safe and loved. The workers provide a Great environment and encourage them to grow in their abilities.
Thank you casa Agua Azul for helping the Guatemalan children who need care and possibilities to be better in life.
I had the opportunity to visit the children’s home, Casa Agua Azul, in Guatemala last year, and my life has never been the same. The Lord opened my eyes to the joy and fulfillment in serving others and sharing His love with them. This would not have been possible without Ted and Gail Gordon and the way they love unconditionally. They humbly lead this ministry reflecting Christ’s love and His model of servant-leadership. Casa Agua Azul is full of light and joy creating a loving and learning environment for all ages that come through the ministry.
We had the privilege of spending the day at this JOY filled property filled with the happiest children we have ever met. Their smiles, snuggles, and love were contagious. It was our first visit to an orphanage and it blew our minds how joyful a home could be. We were expecting a very different experience. The beautiful atmosphere is created by the staff, specifically Jerry and Gris, who are the father and mother to all the children. Their way of raising the children, like they were their own, is beautiful to see. All of the children call Jerry "Dad" and Gris "Mom". They are forever giving hugs to him all day. And, almost as soon as we arrived, we were also given never-ending hugs! What's even more amazing is that the 12 children play all day with each other and they never fuss or fight. It's incredible to see how they get along so well and care for each other. There is no whining. The children are taught to complete chores as well, helping with cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry. The house has the perfect balance of schedule, balance, and freedom. Also, the property is AMAZING and the yellow house BOLDY YELLS, "HAPPY". The trees are dropping fresh mangos and avocados. The trees provide shade and a host for enjoyment of every kind. The lawn was large enough for a futbol match and the view of the lake is calming, a total sense of serenity. It's beautiful to experience this paradise and all that is invested in these precious children. Go and visit... it will be life changing.
What beautiful hearts for the Lord! Ted and Gail are deeply committed to serving all within their reach. We had the privilege of helping them bring Viento Azul over to the Abacos this Spring, and cannot say enough about their walk and witness. One of our children commented during our week long journey - "I want to have a marriage like Ted and Gail." Their love for each other is contagious, and their desire to be malleable for our Lord Jesus Christ is obvious. We’ve yet to visit their Casa Agua Azul, but can testify to the strength of character and love for the Lord of the founders. May God continue to bless their ministry and influence in all that he sets before them!
A few days ago we had the privilege to visit Casa Agua Azul along with a bus load of friends and family who are staying with Pam & Sheldon at the Boatique Hotel and Marina. We were impressed with the physical surroundings, the love, support and family that is being extended to these small, beautiful, unfortunate children. They are being given much to help them recover from their tragic losses and grow into adults who will be an asset to others, their families and community. I admire what the staff, and all those who have a part in establishing and supporting this facility have accomplished. This facility is a prime example of what gifted, exceptional, caring, loving people can do working together. We look forward to visiting again...
I can honestly say that visiting the Casa Agua Azul facility with Mr. Steve Elliot, the manager of Catamaran Island marina, was the highlight of my trip to Rio Dulce Guatemala. The special love and care that is being provided to the children of Casa Agua Azul by the Blue Water Surrender Organization is truly appreciated by all.
Please consider donating to this most worthy cause and helping to directly support the children of this fine organization and most worthy cause.
Lourdes
We were totally impressed with the incredible job that Ted and Gail from the Florida Keys are currently doing at growing the Casa Agua Azul, children’s retreat in beautiful Rio Dulce, Guatemala
They have truly gone out of their way with their limited resources to help make a difference with the lives of these children in need.
It is without hesitation that I would encourage anyone with financial capabilities that wants to help and greatly assist Ted & Gail with the additional funding needed to help these less fortunate children have a much better quality of life. Any donation will be much appreciated.
What this organization has been able to accomplish with the very limited resources received and Gail and Ted’s own resources has been short of a miracle. Our most recent significant donation is being used to plant all sorts of fruit trees to help feed them for the many years to come.
Consider asking them for a tour of their magnificent facility so you too can appreciate, as we did, all the work that they are doing to help make a difference in these children’s lives.

I met Gail and Ted this spring on a sailing mission trip! Their love from God was so evident by the way they cared for the crew on the trip, and especially, the locals we served. I would highly recommended investing in them and their organization as they invest in the lives of the youth at Blue Water Surrender!
Casa Agua Azul is more than a refuge or a place where they take care of children, it is a place called CASA, a place full of LOVE, full of attention, adventures and a lot of personal care and dedication, a place where children are taught values, to share , to dream and believe that life can give us many opportunities despite how hard each of these children have had to live their past at their young age, here, at Casa Agua Azul they can have the opportunity to have a better future an opportunity to be better and to be able to give of what they are receiving with so much love. I have had the opportunity to be here and it is an impressive place that requires a lot of work, it is not only having children, here they give them the love and care the necessary values to face life.
Thanks to the great team and its directors this place is an awesome place.
Casa Agua Azul has been a blessing for so many children in my country! This place is a safe haven in which they are able to grow and develop their skills. The love that is shown to them is visible in the volunteers and the staff. It is a wonderful place to come and volunteer. You will definitely not regret being a part of this organization. It has been a blessing for me to be apart of this wonderful place.
Blue water surrender is one of the best orphanages I have been in. This place offers such a variety of acivities for the kids and as well gives the opportunity for missionaries to help and see the needs of the orphanage. I have personally seen the growth of this place and will continue to volunteer whenever I have the chance. God bless this orphanage and its purposes it has in the future.
I have never personally met 2 people (Gordon’s) with such big hearts towards not only family and friends but with strangers as well. I’m blessed to know them and learn from them to be a better person in life. Love what they do and if more people would be this way it would be a perfect world.
Great ministry with great leaders. You can truly see God working there. Kids are well taken care. As soon as I can I will definitely go back.
I’m so glad a couple of friends introduced us to the staff and the children!! They made pizza and were sooooo well behaved I had to share my thoughts and compliment them!! The staff showed us all the hard work and time that’s been invested at the home. During my stay they were building a chicken coupe which I thought was awesome! A job well done that may not get a lot of THANK YOU’s. Our group played with the kids and enjoyed our time. We look foward to coming back and bringing more people with us. Thanku for the hospitality!! We miss the children already! And we promise…. We will be back!! - Waters Church / Hope of Life
There’s nothing I can say that can put into words to explain how AMAZING Blue Water Surrender is. Truly a gift to many from God himself. I am Blessed to be apart of this and excited to see what the future has in store for Blue Water.
We absolutely LOVE doing projects with Casa Azul in Guatemala! They are full of love & continually have productive projects on the go. We highly recommend partnering up with Casa Azul, in anyway possible! It is an experience of a lifetime, guaranteed!!!!
They did an awesome job at making you truly feel the countries culture and warmth of its people. We were navigated thru the language barriers seemlessly. Would definitely recommend booking with this organization.
I’ve know Gail and Ted for many, many years and I don’t know any people with bigger hearts and a more burning desire to help others in desperate need. They are true disciples of Jesus and are dedicated to protecting children, helping those less fortunate, and leaving this world better than they found it. I’m proud to call them my friends and can’t wait to join them on future mission trips!!!
I cannot think of a more wonderful organization than Bluewater Surrender! The compassion they have, the hard work they have displayed and obstacles they have overcome over the years to provide a a safe, loving environment for the children in Guatemala is truly incredible! The whole of our local community stand with them and their vision completely!
Being a part of Bluewater Surrender Has changed my life! Going on a trip to Guatemala I know I am making a difference! There are helpless children who need our help. Bluewater Surrender really does give everything they have to support the well being of the children.
Ted and Gail Gordon have huge hearts to help people and love like Jesus. They started Casa Aqua Azul to minister to abandoned and abused children in Guatemala. What a fantastic ministry to demonstrate the heart of Jesus!
This non-profit is doing a great work in a country that could be considered the least of these for children that would not otherwise have a voice or a chance. Overseen by two great people, Gail and Ted are filled with love and compassion that pours out of them unto everyone they encounter. This non-profit is THE REAL DEAL!
I have watched this group work to accomplish their goals. It was started by a small group of local people where I live and now many people from all over the world are involved. They have reconstructed a home for children that provides love, safety and caring in a home based environment. The children are assigned by the courts. I’m pleased to see so much accomplished.
Ted and Gail are doing a great work in Guatamala. Thank God for their heart for the orphaned children there.
I have been working closely and volunteering with Blue Water Surrender for almost a year now. I have noticed that right behind Jesus, the Children are the most important part of this organization. The children and what’s best for them are in mind with every action they take. I am so grateful to be associated with BWS. I trust them fully with the safety and care of the children who call Casa Agua Azul their home.
Blue Water Surrender does phenomenal work with orphans and at-risk children at their safe house, Casa Agua Azul in Guatemala. It makes my heart sing to read and hear the stories of children they have saved from devastating circumstances. The founders and volunteers have such great live and take such joy in caring for these kids, helping them heal, and preparing them to live beautiful lives. I'm so blessed to be a small part of this wonderful organization.
BWS is all about serving & loving others with supernatural love, and providing a safe and loving home environment for abused and orphaned children. The nonprofit leaders love Jesus and that love is poured out on all they encounter; they humbly invite others to join in and serve alongside them. They sacrifice what they have to bring hope to children who may not have lived if they were not brought to the home. This is a nonprofit to support in donations and in service!
We love what they do!
They rescue abandoned children and teach them about God while praying for and helping them to a successful and meaningful adulthood. What a miracle and difference that they make in children's lives!
Bluewater Surrender is amazing in all they do for others ! They truly do the Lords work! It’s so inspiring to see how they work for others to help and build them up in their faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. I look forward to doing mission work with them and helping as much as I can!
I met Ted And Gal several years ago and there are truly a blessing for this organization. And we are truly looking forward To doing a mission trip with them to Guatemala in the future. We helped them with there last fundraiser in the keys and it was a great success surrounded with great people .
Bluewater Surrender doesn't tell you what they're "going" to do, they are doing it!! They're a hands on ministry providing both physical and spiritual help through the love of Jesus to the broken-hearted. They're taking aid and bringing light to the hurricane torn Bahamas while housing and feeding orphaned children in Guatemala! Ted and Gail and everyone who assists on these missions- you are amazing!!! We are honored to support this growing ministry.
I traveled to Honduras and Guatemala with Blue Water Surrender several years back. It was an amazing trip sharing the love of Jesus with many. I have watched the safe house Casa Aqua Azul go from being a prayer to a reality...Blue Water Surrender cares for the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of the children. Beautiful ministry!
I’ve been on multiple mission trips with Bluewater surrender and each one has been absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them, they are helping to change the lives of so many people both at the children’s home and in many remote villages. So many adventures and so many ways to be apart of this amazing organization! Go. Love.serve!

Blue Water Surrender has a beautiful mission and is doing incredible things! Gail's vision is coming to life and I feel blessed to have been a part of a mission trip that helped to achieve some of these goals and make her dream and God's plan come to life. I took my first mission trip through Blue Water Surrender and had my world rocked! The selflessness of the entire Blue Water Surrender family and anyone who teams with them is absolutely incredible! Gail is a true child of God and great leader. My world and outlook on life and my faith in God was renewed on this trip. THANK YOU! Thank you for always putting others first and for following God's plans. Every individual you help or cross paths with sees God's work within you.... Keep dreaming and following His plan! You and the team are a true inspiration!
I have gone on one mission trip with Gail and Blue Water Surrender and it was INCREDIBLE! You can tell that the Lord has gifted Gail with such a huge heart for Guatemala and missions. I highly recommend a trip with Blue Water Surrender if you want to experience a life changing experience!
I went on my first mission trip through blue water. It has been my favorite experience to this day. I learned so much about other people, another culture, and how I can help others. Gail is an amazing leader filled with so much spirit and joy. It was an honor to meet her and work with her. I can’t wait to go back! “When you refresh others, you will be refreshed.”
I have worked with Bluewater surrender for 4 mission trips. These trips have changed my life, as well as every person that I have brought. Gail is not only a mentor but a true example of being the hands and feet of Jesus!! Bluewater Surrender is much more than a safe home for children. Everything thing they do is intentionally done with LOVE! The needs of the children are always first and they line every decision up with Scripture. Staff are people with deep integrity and because of this organization’s kindness, Guatemala is now a second home for many...because of their wonderful experiences with Bluewater Surrender !
Blue water Surrender is where I went on my first mission trip and it was life changing! The love, support, and community this non profit has is incredible. I will forever be thankful for Gail & Blue Water Surrender.
The time I was able to have with three incredible woman, with Gail, Jerry and his wonderful wife, ladies from the house was incredible
And then, the children. I was afraid going, that I will see sadness, brokenness and pain. What I saw was love.
Thanks to Blue Water Surrander founders, people who are weeling to help, share and see, darkness is being conquered, love wins once more.
Being there was a gift, I took so much more then I could ever give.
Bluewater Surrender is an incredible ministry covering so many aspects of the development of people's lives.
Starting with the boating part of the ministry, they have impacted many youth and adults with being able to impart boating skills while doing ministry trips with their vessels. The vision for the future of this part of the ministry is an awesome one and grows daily.
The children's home in Guatemala has already changed the course of the lives of many and has impacted those who have visited as missionaries.
The relief work being done in the Bahamas is now an added area of the ministry-------incredible work being done through Ted and Gail and the many that assist them.
It is my pleasure to highly endorse this ever growing ministry.
Pastor, Marlin Simon, Spirit and Truth Ministries, Islamorada, Florida
Wonderful Organization, amazing work that goes on here. Working hard for the hearts of Guatemala!
Team building, hard work and adventure!
I felt lead to donate items and time to this yard sale fundraiser in 2015. I didn’t know anything about Bluewater Surrender at the time, but after meeting Gahl and hearing her story about Guatemala, I wanted to help as much as I could. Years in the making, the hard work has paid off for the children now housed at Casa Agua Azul. Many teams have visited and worked with the orphanage bringing the love of Christ to the abandoned children. I am so grateful to be a small part of this great ministry.
"I'm Jackie Ruiz from Nicaragua and I spent two months in Guatemala at Bluewater Surrender. I'm not the same person since I came back, I think about the kids every day of my life! The country, the kids, the staff and the house made a huge impact in my life, I will never forget my beautiful experience there! It's interesting to see how someone can change your life with a hug, a smile, I can see Jesus in them. During my time there I was the happiest person in the entire world. Thank you so much for everything, Bluewater Surrender, Mrs. Gail, her husband and her amazing staff for showing me love and compassion."

BlueWater Surrender is a life changing non profit. Not only are they providing a beautiful safe home in a remote Guatemalan village for children in need, but they do so much more for the country at large. The team is a remarkable testament to the love of Jesus Christ. They are good stewards of what’s been given to them and have a team that works with excellence in all they do. On a recent mission trip to visit them in Guatemala, they personally poured into each and every volunteer that came to the house. My life will never be the same. What an absolute honor and blessing to get to know the work of this organization. Thank you for all that you do and your selfless service to the Lord.
Blue Water Surrender is an amazing Organisation that is motivated by love and most importantly the love of Jesus. Many young people are given the opportunity to step out of their comfort zone to love on the people of Guatemala - a different language and culture but the language of love is universal. Since Casa Agua Azul opened they are now also bringing up some of the nations most deprived and abused children in a loving family environment where each one is cherished.
I had the pleasure of joining this organization on a mission trip and will do it again. They truly care about the locals in this area that needs our help. This area is known for poor living conditions with abuse and neglect for the children. This organizations has big plans to create many safe homes and education centers for the children in this area. They also have many intriguing plans in the future to make it self sustaining. I love this organization and will continue to support and help how I can.
I love what Bluewater Surrender is doing, and have been a volunteer at many of their local fund raising events and a missionary with them on several trips to Guatemala. My husband and family support BWS monthly.
They are very honest, direct, open and most of all full of faith.
I would give them a 6 star rating if I could.

I have worked on multiple occasions with Blue Water Surrender Inc. and have been blown away by what they are doing. With very little time and limited resources they have been able to move mountains for the children of Guatemala. I have the utmost confidence in this organization and the way they handle business. I've seen the impact they are making first hand and couldn't say enough positive things about what they are doing!
I have had the privilege of helping at the Blue Water Surrender fund raisers and have directly talked to the directors and other volunteers that have gone to Guatemala over the past years. To say the least, I am extremely impressed with all that I have seen and heard. The volunteers have come back from Casa Agua Azul, the safe-house, with positive reviews on the construction in Guatemala, and now they are talking about how caring and qualified the staff is and that the children are happily learning that their life can be filled with love and caring as well as safe. This faith based organization moves in faith and has been rewarded for their continued trust that the Lord will provide. The doors of Casa Agua Azul, opened in March of 2019 just weeks before the fundraiser and the night before the event they received their first 2 children. Now they are full as they have continued to receive children and have gained the respect of the authorities that place children. Check out their website to see photos of the many happy children and the staff.
