My daughter Aniya has been a student a this company since she was 7 years old. She is now a 12 year old vibrant, artistic, and innovative dancer. The experience my daughter has engaged in since the age of 7 has allowed her to channel in on her creativity and step out of her comfort zone. I say this because she has been exposed to so much and most of all being on a team has gained her lifelong friends within a sisterhood. To see the girls evolve from shy little dancers into enthusiastic leaders has been an amazing journey. Ms.Tanya and Ms.Shama are a blessing in disguise. I will forever be grateful for having the pleasure to have them in my life as well as my daughter's life. I look forward in experiencing the girls growing into examples for the younger dancers that have now joined the company. This will allow the cycle of empowerment to continue in this generation. I joined The Blossom Sisters dance studio about three years ago, and I am so glad I did. Over the years I have became very close to the owners and have deepened my passion for dance. The community here is so strong and close. Every week I am so glad to come and dance away away any of my problems. I am so thankful for the environment.

The Blossoms Sisters Dance and Performing Arts is one the very best non-profits in New Jersey. Devoted to inspiring children and young people to engage in dance and performance arts in innovative and compelling ways, the Blossoms Sisters highlight the meaning of care and concern. I have worked with the organization for two years and appreciate the devotion and concern each child receives from these extraordinary women. They started dancing in their parents' living room, and have translated that love of dance to what is experienced today. The organization has a long-range vision to engage as many children and young people to learn and appreciate dance and the performance arts. The organization's vision is compelling and motivates the sisters towards continued excellence. Such excellence exudes within the dance studio, and captivates those who learn dance and perform through the organization's many wonderful programs. I have been apart the blossom team for about a little over a year now. Let me tell you this is a team that genuinely cares about each and everyone of the dancers that steps foot into the studio. I love being apart of something offers such an amazing gift to children.
My daughter, Samiyah Lewis started dancing at Blossom Sisters Dance studio since she was 3 years old. She’s now 14 & on the senior dance team. There’s no place I’d rather have my daughter at then with these 2 wonderful sisters. Ms. Tanya & Ms Shama are there to help children express themselves through dance. If you don’t have a dance home for your child, I highly recommend bringing them here. It’s a home away from home.

My daughter has been attending Blossom since she was 2.5 years old. She was very shy, timid...and the instructors were always patient with her and so supportive and encouraging. But she has truly “blossomed”...she is no longer shy, she loves to be on stage, and she performs daily! We love how much she has grown, and we are very thankful to the Blossom sisters.
Blossom Dance Studio is nothing short of a miracle. I say this because it provides our youth with the amazing opportunity to attend dance classes to those who may otherwise be unable to afford them. The studio is beautiful, the classes are diverse and best of all, the Blossom staff really love their students and love what they do. My daughter is so lucky to be a part of Blossom Dance!
It’s with great enthusiasm that I speak of my experience with the Blossom Sisters Dance & Performing Arts studio. The warm and loving energy found in this place, fostered by its Founding Directors, provide a sacred space that nurtures the potential, confidence and talent of each child that enters the front door. Each dancer is taught the technique of movement, but more importantly the value of dancing with their hearts!! I’ve enjoyed watching how far BSD&PA has come, and know that the future will be even more amazing.

Not only do they focus on great techniques and classes to develop strong dancers but they also empower the youth by focusing on good morals and values. I have the great honor to teach dance at this great organization and observe how caring and welcoming the founders are. Throughout the two years, Blossom Sister Dance has taught my daughter about commitment, hard work, and has helped her self-confidence greatly. Blossom Sister Dance is a second home from the dancers and their families. You are always greeted with a smile and students can express themselves in a nurturing environment.
