This mission shall be accomplished through competent, professional management, active participation by the board of directors, the residents and the community, all working together to care for the property and each other.
Programs: Provide safe and affordable housing to 299 low to moderate income families and individuals.
neighborhood stabilization program is a project to purchase single family homes that were impacted in the national home foreclosure crisis. In turn, with the help of the santa rosa county housing program, 4 homes were able to be refurbished to provide affordable housing to very low income households.
