The property management company, Progressive, is the worst I have ever seen. First I had to clean the apt myself before moving in then had to wait 3 weeks to have a broken window replaced that was supposed to be done beforehand
I had already waited an extra 2 weeks for them to replace the carpet. They said they were replacing the kitchen vinyl too but apparently ran out of money. My ancient a/c unit died and i had to wait 3 weeks for it to be fixed and it was only fixed because we saw a maintenance man at the complex and asked him to take a look. Broken toilet was also fixed that way. Told them of a problem with my kitchen sink, leaking everywhere, at the end of January and it still has not been fixed. A maintenance man only looked at because he was at the complex for something else. THE WORST people to rent from. I know they can be less expensive but you are getting what you pay for.
