Mission: The bcoc primary purpose is to provide leadership development training to fire and emergency response professionals and provide scholarships to youth in the areas of its training events.
Programs: The bcoc hosted its annual meeting and educational symposium in atlantic city, new jersey for fire service and emergency services leadership and professional development training. The event took place from june 5-10, 2017. The bcoc also awarded distributed $7500 in colleges scholarships as a result of its oratorical contest.
