Mission: B-BLAC provides supportive services in transfer schools through training, educational, professional, and networking opportunities to at-risk Black and Brown boys and young men ages 9 to 24.

Programs: Through our School Enrichment Program (SEP), B-BLAC educates, empowers, and encourages Black and Brown male youth through a critically developed curriculum that allows them to become critical thinkers, innovators, and advocates for social change. B-BLAC partners with transfer high schools and community organizations throughout New York City to offer various services. B-BLAC School Enrichment Program (SEP) is built on scholarship, stewardship, community, and personal development principles. The program has three layers: in-school, after-school, and out-of-school time engagement. The program reinforces cultural identity, empowers resilience, and encourages personal and professional development. The SEP model includes the following initiatives: 1. Innovation for Community Advancement and Navigation (iCAN) Incubator 2. Black Boy Joy 3. Brothers' United Leadership Academy (BULA)
