Causes: Public & Societal Benefit
Mission: The bindu project is a 'social enterprise accelerator' that designs,produces,and sells limited-edition coins, charms and other items representing five categories of charitable giving: education, health & development, nature & the environment, shelter & safety, and women & girls. Profits support small, start-up charitable organizations selected to represent each giving category, for each limited-edition coin series. As a result, the bindu project is a virtuous circle that enables positive societal change through its collaboration with consumers and social enterpreneurs and their respective charitable enterprises.
Programs: The organization is in its initial year of operation. Its accomplishments therefore include the start-up of all necessary functions in order to further the organization's mission.
