Mission: Big sky bird rescue (bsbr) is a non-profit organization which rescues, rehabilitates, and releases injured, sick, and orphaned wild birds. We provide essential care, nutrition, and shelter to all varieties of wild bird species found in the big sky, montana area. Our goals are to return wild birds to their natural environment, and to fulfill our community's demand for rehabilitation services for more than 400 wild bird species native to southwestern montana. Bsbr promotes responsibility and respect for living beings and their role in the environment through community awareness, involvement, and public education.
Programs: Providing nutrition, medical aid, and housing for the rescue, rehabilitation, and refuge of approximately 75 wild birds per year.
