Staff and consultants work across the state of alaska and internally to partner with organizational leaders and boards so they can create healthy organizations. We help them plan, problem solve, partner, grow and improve leadership, evaluate impact and resolve conflict.
conflict resolution center. We operate an outreach service to the community providing mediation and alternative dispute resolution resources for a wide array of community issues. In 2014, in addition to direct expenses, our crc donated $1,000 in mediation services to the alaska state court system.
