Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: A nonprofit, non-sectarian, non-political organization to advise in the planning and operating efforts of public and private agencies involved in the delivery of services designed for the elderly and to devise means for securing available resources to accomplish this end.
Programs: To establish and conduct evaluations, adjustment, work activity, and sheltered employment as well as training programs to remediate those rehabilitation problems that prevent an individual from fulfilling their potential or maximizing their functioning in a vocational, domestic, and or community oriented environment. Programs include home delivered meals, careline, transportation, homemaker, dining out, senior center operations, congregate nutrition, respite reimbursement,chore/snow removal and energy assistance.
