This is a child placement business and they treat it just like that. It's been my experience that they back care less about the children and/or the families. This is an organization that can't keep employees working as they all quit. I would recommend that you don't walk away from here instead run away to another agency that cares about these children. We have had an open bed for one month and they have sent no children for placements because they have no one to do that. I have spoken to the Regional manager Ms Cantu and she thinks that she's gods gift to child placement and knows very little about it, the fact that she can't manage these offices or employees and has a huge turnover should tell you a lot about her management skills.
