Mission: Bellwest management corporation is the managing general partner of bellevue south associates, lp, the owner of kips bay court, which was constructed to combat the blighted and deteriorated housing conditions in the bellevue south urban renewal area. Through the operation of kips bay court, the organization maintains the elimination of such blighted housing conditions, provides a substantial number of subsidized low-income housing units and generates revenue to support the other low-income housing activities of the phipps houses group.
