The Behumbeza Foundation has been helping the descendants of Africans in the diaspora reconnect with their ancestral homeland for quite a number of years. The founders of this organization are very knowledgeable about West African society and West African spirituality. They do great work both here in the diaspora, and directly on the continent of Africa. I would recommend their services to anyone serious about rediscovering their spiritual and ancestral roots.
