Mission: The purpose of the organization is finding alternative homes for hard to place cats, implementing a trap, neuter and release program, offer a low cost spay/neute program focusing on strays, barn cats and feral cats. Provide education programs to the public currently throug the lycoming county spca pet expo, sun pet paws, tractor supplys purina days and the local fair.
