Mission: To provide personalized community life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.
Programs: Waivered services: organization provides community-based residential housing for persons with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. Additional services include: in-home support, semi-independent services, and independent living services (ils). The organization served approximately 86 clients in 2017.
intermediate care facilities for the developmentally disabled served 6 individuals in 2017.
after school program: partnership with the rochester park and recreation department for children age 4-12 who have disabilities and or autism, providing activities, programs, kitchen snacks and a wheel chair accessible playground for the 16 children served in 2017.
rental assistance and other income for the benefit of disabled persons.
