Well, a one star rating does not reflect the quality of their care givers who are all lovely, personable, and good at what they do. The administrative staff however, makes the place almost unusable. Their phone prompt system was designed in hell. I have to drive to a location to make an appointment because the phone tree is so colossally rude and designed to waste my time - a LOT of it I might add . Office staff is rude, short, and acts like patients are the enemy. Actually their entire office "system" is designed on that premise. Their offices view patients as adversaries. I once missed an appointment and was sent one of the rudest letters I've ever received. I'm not in kindergarten - I'm an adult, and I expect to be treated like one. It's really unfortunate. I have to wonder if it's because they take Medicaid. Is that why the office staff act as if patients are trash? I have no idea. But they need to correct that and get rid of the deliberate barrier they've set up between care-givers and patients. It's nasty and it's wrong.
