I have been a volunteer with AFED for over a year now, and I am so impressed with the passionate people volunteering their time to provide support and awareness for everyone affected by eating disorders. AFED volunteers have also done an incredible job of fighting for eating disorder insurance coverage through the Texas legislature--fingers crossed all their amazing work will come to fruition in the next couple years.
