Mission: Aunt martha's youth service center mission is to be a caring community resource for children, youth, and families. We do this by providing an array of social services that offer a safe haven for youth in crisis and empower them to succeed, and provide high quality and accessible healthcare for the whole family, regardless of the ability to pay.
Programs: Health clinics - the clinics provide a full range of primary and preventative health services for children and adults of all ages. All services offer a warm, caring, multilingual and culturally sensitive environment.
children's reception center - the children's reception center is designed to provide quality services to abused and neglected children and youth entering the child welfare system for the first time. The crc is a coordinating body for five specialty shelters, new emergency foster home program, and three youth stabilization programs, which make up the specialized shelter system in cook county, illinois. All children receiving services at the crc are referred by the illinois department of children and family services. Staff seek to find permanent, long-term placement for children, including homes of relatives or foster homes.
residential services - the residential group homes are designed to provide residential services to clients unable to remain with their natural or foster family. Staff members teach residents daily living and self care skills in order to promote and encourage responsible, independent living.
