Mission: Organization is a non profit group to present a 2 day festival to celebrate the legacy and tradition of peter spencer. We present a two day gospel oriented festival which includes educational material, exhibits and entertainment. In addition, various speaker present information related to the linkage of peter spencer, thomas garrett and harriet tubman.
Programs: Organization presented a two day festival in the city of wilmington which attracted 3k participants from the local and regional area. Participate number are provide by the wilmington police department estimates in addition to our distribution of education materials.
