Mission: AWARE is committed to the preservation and restoration of wildlife and its habitat through education and wildlife rehabilitation. Working in cooperation with state and federal agencies such as US Fish and Wildlife Service and Georgia Department of Natural Resources, AWARE provides services otherwise unavailable to the public in terms of wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. AWARE is an informational resource that educates children and adults alike in all matters of conservation, habitat preservation and restoration, peaceful coexistence with wildlife and environmental stewardship.
