constructed in 1987, the clayton w. Williams, jr. Alumni center was built by the generous gifts of thousands of former students and friends of texas a&m to house the association staff and provide a home on campus for former students. In 2009, significant enhancements were completed on the facility, again thanks to the generosity of former students and friends of texas a&m. These enhancements were funded completely through direct contributions to the building program. Our facility symbolizes the strength and traditions that are important to all aggies, and tells the story of texas a&m and texas aggies through historical and interactive displays and modern technology.
the association's class programs work directly with representatives of each graduating class of texas a&m to ensure regular communications with every former student. In addition, class programs host class reunions, receptions, and other special events to foster strong ties among former students and texas a&m and generate support for the university.
