Mission: The association for education and rehabilitation of the blind and visually impaired (aer) is organized for the purposes of rendering all possible assistance to the professionals who work in all phases of education and rehabilitation of the blind and visually impaired. Aer provides professional development opportunities, is an advocate for public policies which benefit persons who are blind and visually impaired, and provides a forum for discussion of issues and opportunities related to service delivery in the promotion, development and improvement of education and rehabilitation services for blind children and adults.
