Transferred operations of the clinic on june 30, 2013 to aspirus clinics, inc. (affiliated organization). The transfer of operations to the new clinic were done in conjunction with opening and moving to a new modern clinic facility in wisconsin rapids, wisconsin in an effort to provide more coordinated care and services to patients within the aspirus system and in the community. The new clinic also provides services that were not offered at the old clinic such as advanced diagnostic mri services and inhouse surgical services. Effective june 30, 2013, the corporation was liquidated and dissolved in accordance with the wisconsin nonstock corporation law.
