Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: Cooperatively promote the common interests and contribute to the well being and education of independent restaurant owners, employees, patrons and other non-profit organizations.
Programs: The organization served over 100 member restaurants, their patrons, employees and owners, over 50 associate business members, and the public at large with education on the benefits of keeping locally owned businesses active and thriving, safe food handling, and environmental issues. This was done via weekly enewsletters, classroom instruction, radio and website educational formats.
