Mission: Recognizing the limited resources available to the Town of Ashby for operating and maintaining it's public library, the AFPL Fund was established to provide a private, non-profit means for augmenting library resources. However, the assets and resources of the AFPL Fund may not be used to supplant or in any way replace regular municipal obligations or budgetary appropriations to the Ashby Free Public Library.
