Causes: Arts & Culture, Performing Arts
Mission: Artcore provides music, dance, theater, and special events programs for families and for elementary through college students. We include local performers, showcasing their excellence. Performances and master classes regional, national, and international performers provide models of excellence to inspire our children and citizens of all ages.
Programs: Performing arts programs: during the 2014-15 season, artcore presented music, dance, and theater programs for the public and school outreach programs to more than 17,300 students and teachers. For secondary students and and the public, we presented dance and music master classes with renowned experts. We cosponsored a literary conference with casper college and held a statewide one act play contest. The winner of our new music competition was performed in april. With fort caspar and the veterans museum, we presented a uso style dinner and show honoring veterans.
artcore's series brochure and monthly calendar provide information on the other performance organizations and museums in the area, as well as artcore events, so that the people will be informed of the many opportunities available.
we have low overhead with a single employee, insurance, and office supplies.
