Mission: To work with arkansas schools to increase the number of students enrolled in advanced placement classes and to increase the number of students receiving qualifying scores on the advanced placement exams. Both students and teachers receive monetary incentives.
Programs: Implemented and administered the arkansas advanced initiative for math and science program funded by the national math and science initiative. This program seeks to increase the number of students enrolled in advanced placement classes and receiving qualifying scores on the advanced placement exams. This was accomplished by engaging with schools, teachers and students to provide training, coaching and support toward those goals.
