Mission: The arizona direct care worker association (adcwa) is a statewide, not-for-profit, membership and advocacy organization. Our mission is to honor, support, and empower direct care workers and provide them with a voice as they communicate their needs, concerns and the issues of their profession. We provide the organization and tive thme structure as we supply opportunities for our members to influence public policy and public awareness about the shortcomings and injustices in state and federal, long-term industry. Our members take advantage of our offered, ongoing education and thus they advance their skills and elevate theri profession. They also make use of our provided membership services to improve theri personal lives.
