We worked with Aristocats to foster a kitty. It was an amazing experience! I’d recommend them to anybody.
In 2019 I had two pregnant female cats show up outside my house. Both had kittens within a few weeks of each other. I had six indoor cats of my own at the time, and between the two momma cats, I ended up taking in 8 kittens. I called a lot of places and was unable to get any help, but when I called Aristocats they really seemed to care about what happened to the kitties. Working with Jen was a great experience. She puts a lot of care into the kitties and making sure they find the right home. I was able to find great homes for 6 of the kitties, (and ended up keeping 2 lol). I am fostering one momma cat, and the other momma cat has been adopted independently.
I would definitely recommend Aristocats if you are looking to add a feline friend to your family. There are so many deserving kitties!
I have had two encounters with Aristocats, both were above and beyond any experience I've ever had with any other non profit. Aristocats is the selfless epitome of what a non profit can be. They have my full support and I cannot offer enough kind words or moral support for them.
Our family adopted a beautiful siamese cat in 2017. We found the adoption process extremely easy and affordable. The volunteers at Aristocats really know and care for the cats. Thankful we were told about this organization and we continue to spread the word to help every cat find a forever home with a loving family. Thanks Aristocats!
The owner really cares about the cats. I've seen her come to the rescue of people who didn't know where to turn. The cat I got from her was top of the line and one of the nicest kitties anywhere.
In 2015, my family discovered that our neighbors, who were seasonal FL residents, abandoned their 2 cats. Those poor kitties were dehydrated, hungry and looked sick,. I don't know how long they have been alone on that property, but I knew if I called Animal Control, they would most likely euthanize the cats due to their condition. I called numerous non-kill shelters, and no one offered help, until I called Aristocats. The lady was very concerned, came right away and got the kitties. I knew instantly that the cats were in good hands. I saw later on Facebook a picture of one of those kitties with a new family. I'm so glad. I have 3 cats myself, and they are all rescues as well. I'm happy that Central Florida has such a great rescue group. It's needed. There are too many kitties without homes there.
A dedicated and hardworking group of people who are enthusiastic and empowered to help the community and the kitties! They are always open to their fosters and volunteers, as well as to the adopters of their cats. They will help other people too, but they don't deal unfairly. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a healthy and happy kitty - they know their cats! Even though the group is small, they are well managed.
We adopt this handsome boy little of a year ago and he has brought us nothing but joy. The adoption process was quick and easy. They followed up with us to make sure he was a good fit and offered us support every step of they way. I cannot reccomend them enough.
I adopted a kitty and within 24 hours the kitten got really sick and I had to rush him to the emergency room. They paid the bill and nursed him back to health. It's been 2 years later we and he's been in perfect health ever since. We live our Simon!!! Hopefully in the future I will be able to foster for them.
We adopted our wonderful Noah through Aristocats a few months ago and could not be happier with the experience. He was an adult from a TNR project and due to his sweet disposition was placed in foster care. Noah's foster mom, Linda, turned him into a love bug and the best house cat ever. Linda is always available if we have questions or need an opinion about something. At one point Noah got out of our lanai and was missing for 5 days. Linda helped us find him and get him back home. Talk about going above and beyond! Aristocats truly lives out their mission. They have my highest recommendation.
We adopted both of our cats from here. The whole experience has been nothing short of amazing. We love our two boys more than anything and are so happy they are a part of the family now. We’ve had Boomer for 3 years now and Gizmo (gray) for a year.
Jennifer works very hard to care for and find homes for every cat that comes her way. We adopted both of our kitties from this organization and have partnered with them to find homes for our own strays that have found us.
Aristocats helped me trap a family of cats in my yard and took them to be spayed and neutered. I could never have done this myself. We still have these cats and I am grateful for all that they do. A+
My family adopted a sweet kitten from Aristocats. We were told he had been to a vet and been cleared. We took him to our vet just to get a check up because we had concerns. He currently has ring worm, ear mites, tape worm, and an upper respiratory infection! When we called aristocats to inform them of the ring worm, which is very contagious to other cats, they did not know what ring worm was. I was very appalled that this rescue adopted out a kitten with all of these problems! Before you adopt from them make sure you are truly getting a healthy cat!
In May of 2014 I went to my local pet store to adopt a cat. Jen and Mike worked with me every step of the way while I thought things over to make sure I was placed with an animal who was perfect for my situation. I adopted Nala, a tabby kitty. I couldn't be happier with the decision I made and I wouldn't go anywhere else to adopt a kitty/cat. Please safe an animals life and adopt and help Jen and Mike continue their services by donating.

Hello client, I apologize for any inconvenience. In 2016-2017 we had many fosters and volunteers who did adoptions on their own without informing admin of the cats and needs. Long story short, I am sorry for your experience and we no longer allow fosters or volunteers have the privilege of using the organizations name to do adoptions at their own will. As the original owner of Aristocats, and have been since 2009, I have seen almost everything that a cat can have in common parasites and sicknesses, and we do not ignore the issues. Please accept my apologies and I hope that you have a lovely bond with the kitty in these years ahead. Blessings
